Do you remember the very first time you saw :)? Did your forehead furrow with curiousity? "What the heck is that?", you may have asked yourself. Well, this month one of our favourite emoticons celebrates its 20th birthday. Can you believe it? We can't!

Community Answer Update
Open House: We wish to thank everyone who participated in our first open house. It was great to have the chance to meet some of you and we will look forward to holding another very soon. Please watch this space for another event.
Training: The Community Manager Essentials course has just been completed and we wish to thank the participants for all their efforts. Their involvement and input made it a great course! We will be offering another session in November and will begin our Growing Community without the Weeds on October 7th.
