eWell-Being Awards Ringing in the New Year

SustainIT and BT are delighted to announce that the 2003 eWell-Being Awards will be launched in January 2003. The UK's first national awards programme to recognise organisations using ICT for social and environmental benefit had a very successful inaugural year in 2002. One award winner, Netmums.com

- a website that offers support and information for mothers, received interest from as far a field as Stockholm and Miami as a result of the publicity they received.

This years awards aim to have an even bigger impact and continue to raise awareness of the beneficial uses of ICT amongst opinion-formers, decision makers and the public. The entry forms are now available on the website at www.sustainit.org.

The 2003 UK eWell-Being Awards are run by SustainIT in partnership with BT. This year the category sponsors are IDEA, The AA and Vodafone.
