How do I get started?
By accessing the CommunityAnswers Plus area you will be given the option of three different packages to meet your needs. Once you choose the package that is best for you, click on the "Pay Pal" button and fill out the necessary information.
As soon as your payment has been received and processed we will send you your login information and password. This will give you access to your own unique CommunityAnswers Plus area where you can begin your consulting session(s). In this area, you can see the session(s) you have available, the most recent session submitted, responses to your sessions, any previous sessions and a means to purchase additional sessions.
Will my information or the issues I share remain confidential?
Absolutely! Your CommunityAnswers Plus area is password protected and none of the information you provide is passed on to third parties. Your privacy is important to us and your information and/or issues will always remain confidential!
What is the difference between CommunityAnswers Plus and the service that Community Answers provides via the "Ask" area?
CommunityAnswers Plus allows you to ask questions regarding your own community or community issue confidentially, and receive a tailored, detailed response within 24 hours. When you submit a question via the "Ask" area, responses are posted every two weeks and we must draft our response in a general fashion, which means we are not able to share detailed information, such as third party vendor information or specific software recommendations.
How can I add more sessions?
Once you have logged into "Your CommunityAnswers Plus" area you will find the packages listed. From there you are able to purchase additional sessions.
Do you do packages for more than five sessions?
If you wish to have more than a five session package, please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with a tailored package to suit your needs.
I made a mistake and used up a session by accident what can I do?
That is not a problem at all. Please send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly send assist you.
I have purchased five sessions and have only used one session, how do I use my other sessions?
Once you have logged into "Your CommunityAnswers Plus" area you will find a button at the top of the page, "Submit Another Session". By clicking on that button, you will be able to submit your next question or issue.
Can I use different ways of getting help in one session?
No, unfortunately you can only choose one option per session; either a chat consultation session, online consulting or telephone call.
What if I have a follow up question to an answer provided in a session?
You are welcome to add a response, using the "View Responses" button which appears alongside the session in question. Alternatively, you may ask your question via e-mail: email@example.com.
How can I contact you for help with CommunityAnswers Plus or with billing?

How do I receive reports from an online chat or telephone consultation?
Once we have completed the chat or telephone consultation, we will compile all the information and post a transcript in your Community Plus area as a "Response" to that session so that you may review it online.
What if your advice doesn't work?
We strive to provide the best possible solutions to all questions and issues but our service should be considered as advice only. Our Terms of Service indicate the extent to which we are able to provide guarantees as to the effectiveness of the advice we give.
If there is a need to reassess any advice we have given, then we will mutually agree on an addendum to that advice which will count as part of the original session. However, should it be the case that the reassessment itself goes beyond the scope of the original session then we reserve the right to ask that a new session be submitted. Such an instance would occur if new information or circumstances were presented subsequent to our advice which would have otherwise changed the initial response.
We endeavour to provide the best possible advice we can, given the information we have been given, but we cannot guarantee the effectiveness of the advice given. However, we are always open to feedback in regards to our service, and should you feel we have been negligent in our dealings with you, please contact us at email@example.com and we will strive to assist in helping you achieve your desired outcome.
